Looprify ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Looprify service. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following data when you use Looprify:
- Instagram account information (via official Instagram Graph API OAuth)
- Post content and comment history necessary to build your personality profile
- Reply performance data (engagement, deletion signals)
- Account email address and name
We never store your Instagram password. Authentication is handled via OAuth 2.0.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data exclusively to:
- Build and maintain your personality profile
- Generate and send comment replies on your behalf
- Improve reply quality through feedback signals
- Provide analytics and dashboard metrics
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data and personality profiles are permanently deleted within 30 days.
5. Third-Party Services
Looprify integrates with the Instagram Graph API (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to access and post content on your behalf. We comply with all Meta platform policies and terms.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Revoke Instagram access at any time from your Instagram settings
